I always get scared to sleep in ultra dark tan incase it goes green, is this ok to sleep in
Yessss I sleep in mine every week. Our tan is not green based so you will be fine 🔥
Does Hype Girl tan have a scent
No it does not! I don't love the idea of adding an extra ingredient that isn’t necessary imo. When companies add scents, the scent usually only lasts a day till you wash it off. So I feel like its an extra ingredient that isn’t needed xxx
What do you apply with (Mitt or gloves)
I use our Hype Girl Applicator Mitt, which is also available on our website to purchase.
Is there one shade
The one bottle does it all!
With our first product I thought it would be good to be able to include everyones preference.
The instructions are on the bottle but these are our recommendations.
2-3 hours for light
5-6 hours for medium/dark
8+ hours for ultra dark
How long does it last for
Usually I would scrub mine off and redo at about 8-10 days.
If I am going out or have a special event though I will redo it at the week mark so it’s nice and fresh.
How long does Shannen usually leave it on for
I sleep in it!
In saying that though, I usually apply it at about 10/11pm and wash it off at 6am
Whats your tanning routine. Do you shave / exfoliate the night before tanning
For BEST results ideally you would shave and exfoliate your old tan off 24 hours before applying your new one.
But if you’re like me and hate being pale in public, I don’t like taking my tan off the day before 😂
So this is my routine:
Shower, shave and exfoliate at minimum 2 hours before I tan!
The hot water opens your pores so if you tan too quickly after showering you’ll end up with the black dots!

Just water and our Hype Girl Exfoliating Mitt 💖
Do you apply one or two coats xx
Always 1 coat. It would be verryyy dark with 2 I’d say
